These oils can sustain very high pressure of the system and high speed of the pumps, and compatible with the seals normally used in the hydraulic system.

Introduction: these bituminous lubricants are available in two grades with different ranges of viscosities from heavy oil to a semi-solid at normal ambient temperatures. These compounded fluids are normally used neat or can be diluted with a high flash solvent for easier applications. They have excellent extreme pressure properties, very high adhesive characteristics and good low temperature properties with wide operating temperature range.

Application: they are recommended for the lubrication of wire ropes, chains, flexible couplings, gears, and sliding surfaces of drag lines and shovel. These lubricants can also be used in open gears of mine hoists, ball mills, rubber mixers, cement mills, clay product industries, construction equipment, dredging equipment as well as other applications where a heavy, adhesive lubricant is required.

Introduction: EASTTO special steam cylinder oils are highly refined oils with high viscosity and low carbon residue and compounded with selected fatty oils for excellent oiliness and film strength properties together with rust and corrosion inhibitors. These oils have excellent lubricity and wettability characteristics which enable the oils to be evenly distributed over the surface of the cylinder walls and pistons.

Application: EASTTO special steam cylinder oils are recommended for lubrication of steam cylinder and valve of steam engines operating under wet or poor quality of steam.

Introduction: EASTO heatra fluids 12, 22, 32 & 100 are specially selected mineral oils with good oxidation and thermal stability for use in industrial heat transfer applications. These oils possess low volatility and low vapour pressure to give a long and trouble free service life in heat transfer systems.  

Application: grade 12 & 22 are recommended for use in well-designed closed heat transfer systems operating up to 260°c while grade 32 & 100 are recommended for use up to 300°c. The products find extensive applications in textile, pharmaceuticals, chemical and other processing industries.

Introduction: EASTTO hydraulic oils HLP ZF comprise a range of high performance hydraulic oils blended from solvent refined high viscosity index paraffinic mineral oils and zinc free ashless additives. Good thermal and oxidative stability provide reliable and extended oil life in severe applications with minimal deposit formation that gives cleaner system and reduced frequency of filter changes. Also these oils also have excellent water separation characteristics, hydrolytic stability and compatibly to seals normally used in hydraulic systems.

Application: EASTTO hydraulic oils HLP ZF are recommended for hydraulic systems requiring excellent anti-wear and superior oxidation performance with ultra fine filtration and compatibly with elastomer materials.
