Listed below are the products available under this range: Hydraulic oil: our hydraulic oils are formulated using high viscosity index base stocks, which consist of anti rust, anti wear, antioxidant & anti foam additives. These oils meet the requirements of hydraulic systems of industrial and automotive equipment. We stringently test these products, and make sure that these comply with bis – 10522 - 1983 and bis – 11656 - 1986 and bis – 3098 – 1988 specifications. Machine tool way oils: available with us are machine tool way oils that are composed of antirust, tackiness, mild ep additives. This product ensures least stick-slip & chatter levels, and are renowned for the excellent surface finishing provided to the task. These are heavily used in slide way lubrication of planers, grinders, shapers and jig borers. Industrial gear oils: the industrial gear oils available with us are renowned for good oxidation & thermal stability, demulsibility characteristics. These are formulated from sulphur and phosphorus compounds, and offer high resistance to rust and corrosion. This product complies with bis – 8406 - 1985 specifications, and adheres to all national & international norms. These are ideal for all heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulation on splash lubrication system operating under heavy or shock load condition. Apart from this, the gear oils are also suited to the requirements of plain anti friction bearing subjected to shock or heavy load up to 80° c. Soluble cutting oils: we offer the clients soluble cutting oils that contain rust inhibitors, and provide anti-rust, anti corrosion properties and biocide to prevent bacterial / fungus growth in emulsions. When mixed with water, these form a milky emulsion, and have excellent cooling and lubricating properties. This product is known for the exceptional surface finish and low wear & tear of tools. Our cutting oils are manufactured in compliance with bis – 1115 – 1986 requirements. Only 5% emulsion is used for the cutting operations, which are carried out on ferrous & non-ferrous metals. Aluminum rolling oils: the aluminum rolling oils provided by us are essentially straight mineral oils having low viscosity, which are formulated keeping in mind cold rolling processes. These non-staining & non-corrosive oils have the lubricating property that assists in reducing friction. This product is extensively used in aluminum rolling industries. The blending of this product is done as per the requisite industry standards, as well as all national & international regulations.
